Allison has been practicing Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate law since 2005. She currently serves as a Magistrate in both the Elyria Municipal Court (since 2010) and the North Ridgeville Mayor’s Court (since 2018). Prior to serving as a magistrate Allison also practiced in the areas of Criminal and Traffic law. Allison lives in Avon and graduated from North Ridgeville High School. She currently serves on the Lorain County Law Library Resource Board and is a past member of the Lorain County Bar Association Ethics and Grievance Committee. When not at work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and their three kids.

Nathan has practiced in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Criminal, Traffic, Personal Injury, Real Estate, and Business Law since 2007. In 2012, Nathan began prosecuting for the city of North Ridgeville. He held this position through 2014, when he was elected to the Ohio House of Representatives. In 2018, he was elected to the Ohio Senate, where he still serves, representing the counties of Lorain and Huron. During Nathan’s time as State Representative, he served as Vice Chair of Judiciary Committee, Chair of Criminal Justice Committee, and in House Leadership as Policy Chair. As a member of the Ohio Senate, he currently serves as Vice Chair of Judiciary Committee and Chair of Local Government, Public Safety, & Veterans Affairs Committee.
Nathan is a lifelong Lorain County resident and graduated from North Ridgeville High School. Nathan currently lives in North Ridgeville with his wife, Jennifer, who is a teacher at Lakewood High School.
